Current payment model
Payments are currently handled manually by bank transfer after the gallery confirms the order and shipping quote. The app tracks payment status but does not process card payments.
Order tracking
Customer profiles are required before checkout so refund cases, payment follow-up, and order history can be tied to a known customer account.
Open decisions
Cancellation windows, custom-work refund rules, damaged shipment process, return shipping responsibility, and refund timing still need owner approval.
